This champagne is a deep coral-pink with vibrant coppery reflections. The nose is intense and succulent, offering a concentrated bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate accented by warm notes of vanilla and brown sugar. On the palate, the experience is voluptuous and rich, balancing a honeyed sweetness with the fleshy textures of redcurrant and black cherry. The finish is remarkably clean and refreshing, leaving a lingering impression of blood orange and sweet spices that makes it an ideal companion for bold, flavorful cuisine.
Founded in 1743 by Claude Moët, the estate began its rise to prominence by supplying the royal court of King Louis XV. Under the leadership of the founder's grandson, Jean-Rémy Moët, the house expanded globally and became a symbol of prestige and celebration throughout Europe and beyond. In 1833, the company became Moët & Chandon when Pierre-Gabriel Chandon joined the firm. Today, as part of the LVMH luxury group, the Maison remains the largest champagne producer in the world, managing extensive vineyards across the Marne Valley and maintaining miles of historic limestone cellars in Épernay.
