A classic, dry Fino Sherry produced by Bodegas Lustau in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Part of the "Solera Familiar" range, it is celebrated as a "textbook Fino" for its crisp, saline character and complex aromas derived from biological aging under "flor" (a veil of yeast).
Nose: Highly aromatic with distinct notes of roasted almonds, fresh-baked bread, hay, and a sharp "sea air" salinity.
Palate: Intense and crisp. Expect flavors of green apple, lemon peel, and yeast, balanced by a chalky mineral backbone.
Finish: Long and slightly bitter, often compared to the taste of walnut oil or green olives.
